Return Policy

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If you are not satisfied with the product (s) that you purchased through our Website, you may return the product (s) within thirty (30) days from the date that we deliver the applicable product (s) for a full refund less any shipping charges. We don't charge any restocking fee.

The product (s) must not be abused or damaged as determined in our sole discretion. Customized/Personalized products are not entitled to be returned or exchanged.

If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of the product (s), unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do returns work?

  1. Send us a message asking to return your product.

  2. We'll get in touch with you as soon as possible, confirming if a return is possible or not.

  3. If your product is clear for a possible refund, pack it in the original packaging or mail it in a sturdy box to ensure it will be returned with no damage.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.

  5. The product must be received by Hunter within 30 days of the date that we delivered the product. Hunter is not responsible for recovering the product from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers. You acknowledge and agree that if Hunter does not receive the returned product within 30 days of the date that we delivered the product, you will not be entitled to a refund.

What happens if I send the product, and I'm not eligible for a refund?

We can ship the product back to you, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
